Acorio is looking for a ServiceNow Practice Leader to define and execute the IT Business Management (ITBM) program to ensure Acorio’s solutions distinguish themselves in the market from other partners in methodology, innovation and team skills. The Practice Lead will reach across the organization from Sales to Delivery and presents an exciting opportunity to leverage Leadership, solution design as well as to define and learn the skills to execute an ITBM Program

You will set the IT Business Management (ITBM) Practice strategy, lead tactical execution, contribute as a thought leader, enable PreSales & Sales on the business value proposition and Acorio differentiators of the ITBM Practice, ensure the Delivery team has the resources to execute with precision on projects and represent Acorio with ServiceNow Professional Services, Sales, Product & Partner Groups

A day in the life:

  • Set the strategy of the ITBM Practice and socialize it internally across Acorio teams and externally with ServiceNow partner, advisors and clients
  • Define ITBM Practice marketing strategy and develop marketing plan
  • Construct and maintain collateral to describe the practice value proposition, Acorio differentiators, Acorio qualifications, client case studies and industry trends
  • Analyze Acorio pipeline to ensure resources to meet demand and conduct ongoing capacity planning
  • Define practitioner enablement plans and develop training content
  • Stay current on ServiceNow product roadmap, participate in release testing and coordinate ITBM Practice readiness

What you bring:

  • 10+ Years in the ITBM industry with 5+ Years in Professional Services. Ideal Candidate would have both consulting and industry experience in this ITBM Practice area supporting Pre-Sales
  • 5+ year’s experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • 5+ year’s experience implementing the full suite of IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • 3+ year’s experience implementing Project Portfolio Management and Financial Management or Application Portfolio Management process areas outside of Core ITSM
  • Required: PPM Fundamentals Certification: Desired one additional; Financial Management or Application Portfolio Management
  • Experience with the functional concepts of IT Finance including capital budget planning, operational cost analysis, cost allocation /chargeback methodologies, time cards and work tracking
  • Manage deliverables. Display understanding of project management principles in support of project execution and interactions with clients. Provide oversight, inspection and quality assurance of ITBM Practice deliverables
  • Proven experience developing/coaching consultants functionally and technically
