Job Summary:
As Senior Manager, Contractor Relations for Toast, Inc, you will play a key role in leading the build and management of our contractor network. Translating departmental strategies into tactical actions and initiatives that will enable our Contractor Network to deliver consistent, high-quality service throughout the US. You will be working in an energetic, fast-paced team environment where excellence is the norm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement a targeted recruitment strategy to fortify weaker performing markets and expand into new geographies based on business need
- As primary contact provide all necessary support for contractor network, serving as liaison for all billing and operational process inquiries
- Accountable for the overall quality and capacity of the Toast Contractor Network
- Work closely with key stakeholders to build strong strategic partnerships with Contractors in key markets
- Utilize data to ensure contractors meet all performance and quality SLA’s. Ensure appropriate capacity coverage to maximize business productivity/utilization and a seamless customer experience
- Conduct contractor performance reviews that facilitate behavior change within the Contractor Network to ensure progress is made where needed
- Manage the daily workflow of the Contractor management team
- Serve as a key partner in the negotiation of Contracts
- Develop targeted performance improvement plans that address capacity and performance issues
Experience/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum five (5) years’ prior Contractor/ Vendor /Affiliate Relations experience required
- Strong account management background
- Strong leadership skills, negotiating skills, and relationship-building skills a must
- 3 – 5 years’ management experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain excellent relations with cross-functional teams
- 25% travel required
