Onapsis is seeking a Senior Director of Global Demand Generation to join our marketing leadership team to drive rapid growth. With a focus on filling and accelerating our new business funnel from our global market, you will build, maintain, and optimize campaigns across a variety of channels including email, direct mail, advertising, and other paid media. You will work closely with product marketing, Marcom and field marketing teams to develop fully integrated programs that drive rich engagement throughout the buyer’s journey in our target segments, generating a predictable pipeline and driving greater market share for Onapsis. The ideal candidate can connect data-driven creative strategy with campaign management and execution efficiency to find the buyers and effectively promote our value proposition and solutions. Overall, someone with a passion for delivering exceptional business outcomes from demand generation programs. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global demand generation strategy that is aligned to our GTM strategies, priority targets, pipeline goals; and focused on current business and market trends
  • Own the creation and execution of regional field marketing plans in partnership with Marcom, product marketing, and regional sales leadership
  • Manage a portfolio of new logo acquisition campaigns; Identify new opportunities to create prospect awareness and engagement within our addressable market
  • Develop strategic, timely campaigns to support quarterly themes, leverage industry trends and solve our prospects’ problems 
  • Lead a team of regional field marketing managers responsible for the planning and execution of regional marketing programs that will deliver a predictable pipeline
  • Partner with regional sales leadership team in planning marketing strategies and programs that uncover new opportunities and accelerate deal velocity  
  • Adapt global campaigns for relevancy in regional market and craft targeted campaigns relevant to specific regional market where needed
  • Define account-based goals and objectives in conjunction with regional sales leadership 
  • Communicate global and regional marketing program status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales. Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, and other executive reviews
  • Work closely with the marketing ops team on mapping and maintain marketing database segmentation to personas
  • Work with our revenue ops teams to monitor demand funnel metrics, share insights, and action items
  • Collaborate with our design and content teams on asset spec and deliverables timing


Qualification/Experience

  • 7-10 years of  experience developing demand generation strategies and campaigns within B2B (SaaS-based companies preferred) globally
  • Demonstrated ability owning the strategy, framework, development and execution for global, multichannel demand generation campaigns, targeting enterprise size companies. Experience with named accounts and ABM is a must
  • Experience developing engaging and response-producing multichannel acquisition programs to drive prospects through the funnel
  • Solid understanding of GTM strategy, sales and marketing personas, use cases in B2B SaaS
  • Competent user of marketing automation (Pardot preferred) and CRM software (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Experience with PPC and paid social channels such as Linkedin, review sites and Display platforms
  •  Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite
  • Outstanding written, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously skills with keen attention to details
  • Metrics focused and result-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must be high energy, passionate and have a positive “can-do” attitude
