The Role

We are seeking a hardworking, organized, detail-oriented and discrete individual to join our organization in assisting with the processing of new product samples. This role will report directly to the Packaging Strategy & Compliance team and will play a key role in the new product due diligence process of this rapidly growing global company.

What You Will Do

  • Receive and log in ordered samples of all newly acquired products.
  • Document product carton dimensions.
  • Photograph all sides of product packaging.
  • Produce unboxing videos for all new products.
  • Maintain a database of all new product sample materials.
  • Maintain new product sample inventory.

Team Management

  • Proactively provide feedback to members of your team.
  • Exercise judgment commensurate with your experience regarding what to communicate to leadership, when and how.

What You Bring to the Party

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Working knowledge of video equipment.
  • Proficient in the use of common computer software applications like Google Docs, DropBox, Google Sheets, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift at least 50+ pounds.

Our office is about 15 miles southwest of Boston and is nestled between the commuter rail station, restaurants, town commons, and locally-owned shops.
