The Reception & Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in welcoming HubSpot candidates, customers, employees, prospects, partners and friends to our Cambridge office.

In this role, the Reception & Experience Coordinator will:

  • Provide a delightful experience for HubSpot visitors by creating an inviting lobby environment
  • Answer and transfer a high volume of incoming phone calls warmly and efficiently
  • Share HubSpot’s culture and passion for inbound with callers and visitors
  • Collaborate with vendors, including building management
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Manage HubSpot’s internal Free Books Program along with other external partnerships
  • Tidy and maintain the lobby and common areas
  • Support Facilities and People Operations teams in delivering an optimal candidate and employee experience
  • Manage other special requests or projects as needed

If you think you’re a perfect fit for this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years of experience working within a professional environment requiring strong communication skills
  • A passion for people, HubSpot’s culture and delivering a remarkable experience for visitors and guests
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills; impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
  • A strong orientation to being a team player, particularly in the context of a wide range of working styles and personalities
  • Proficiency in Google Docs; ability to fluidly pick up new systems and applications
  • Demonstrated reliability and autonomy
  • Expectations to work as needed during HubSpot's Cambridge HQ's normal business hours of Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM
  • BA/BS required
