A bit more about this role:

Our Network & Provider Data Management team is responsible for managing Devoted’s provider data and for streamlining our operations with providers. Devoted’s ability to have accurate and accessible provider data allows us to better serve our members and providers, reduces our administrative cost and burden, and informs our strategic business decisions and core operations. We are building our system to intake, store, and clean provider data, credentialing our providers, and producing our provider directory -- all while delivering on our mission to serve as true partners to our providers, achieve industry-leading provider satisfaction, and reduce administrative complexity for providers.

Responsibilities will include:

• You will be responsible for developing and managing end-to-end processes related to provider operations, such as producing our Provider Directory
• You will be a thought partner in the development of our group’s vision, metrics, and operations
• Responsibility for day-to-day operations with a constant eye towards creative process improvement (must be excited to roll up your sleeves)
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders
• Developing true expertise in specific areas of provider operations
• Understanding and adhering to complex regulations and developing policies and procedures
• Accountability for developing and achieving key metrics.

Desired skills and experience:

• 5+ years in operations, product management, analytics, or consulting, MBA preferred
• Healthcare experience a plus, particularly if you have experience at a payer or working with provider data
• Track record of success developing and implementing systems and processes and setting and achieving ambitious targets
