Program Owner - Cyber Security Policies, Standards, & Controls
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and champion the program roles and initiatives, including collaboration with second and third line standard and control areas
- Develop and deliver effective educational learnings and materials to bring awareness to the standard and control process
- Develop and drive efficiencies to reduce cyber risks
- Interface with internal team members and key stakeholders to provide visibility into identified gaps
- Perform annual recertification of information risk policies, standards, and controls.
- Prepare program metrics and reporting
- Provide advice, perspective, and guidance to standard and control owners
- Read and stay abreast of pertinent industry literature and events to identify and communicate pertinent information
- Represent cyber governance during internal forums and meetings
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or 8-10 years of equivalent experience in cyber security or risk governance practices
- Demonstrated analytical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop productive, positive working relationships with stakeholders to achieve goals
- Highly skilled using MS Office
- Manage multiple tasks and perform work with a limited level of supervision
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to build and deliver effective presentations, requested artifacts, and educational materials
- Prior experience in developing and overseeing strategic initiatives
- Skilled at interfacing and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to navigate a centralized eGRC tool to log and manage the policies, standards, and controls portfolio
- Comfortable providing advice, perspective, and guidance to standard and control owners
- Knowledge with IT frameworks such as COBIT and NIST
- Mastery Excel user to produce accurate reporting
- Well versed with policies, standards, and controls management
Target job salary $100,900.00 - $176,600.00 USD Annual
