What we do in Business Operations: 

  • The B2B Business Operations team supports the global B2B sales teams with go-to-market readiness to sell new and existing products. We do this through a combination of sales communications, training, sales systems support, sales forecasting, data and analytics. We partner with product management, finance, human resources and engineering to ensure we are able to grow market share and increase revenue through efficient and effective processes. 

  • Reporting to the Associate Director of GTM operations, the GTM Program Manager will be accountable for the coordination, progression and successful delivery of multiple projects that support achievement of key B2B objectives. This role will coordinate with product teams, sales enablement, training and engineering to ensure our sales teams can be successful against B2B revenue goals.

What you’ll do:

Responsible for defining and building program/project plans within the agreed PMO & GTM frameworks. Mapping all workstreams, requirements and responsible business owners to ensure successful execution across all B2B GTM initiatives. Holding all teams accountable for delivery and engaging cross-functional stakeholders as necessary to drive success & sales/market readiness.

Proactively identifying blockers and solutions needed to drive program delivery within deadlines. Providing regular program readouts to all stakeholders and executive leaders with a view of dependencies, next steps and expected delivery. Articulating progress within the GTM team for assigned programs, providing visibility against priority needs and support required from the wider B2B operations Org.

Role Requirements:

  • Coordinate multiple product training, communications and commercialization activities across the business to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects.

  • Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, dependencies or other challenges to successful execution. Be a driving agent for resolving all potential impediments to a successful release.

  • Implement tools and templates such as go-to-market, product marketing, and operations briefs to help coordinate efforts across multiple teams and to assist with better communicating across GTM programs

  • Provide multiple communication frameworks for various levels of the organization to keep them updated on the status of upcoming initiatives.

  • Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and ensure they are communicated effectively to various stakeholders and teams across the company.

  • Arrange & conduct weekly status meetings.

  • Coordinate commercialization efforts to ensure they fully support a successful go-to-market plan.

  • Build and manage appropriate feedback cycles from internal customers & stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • You have 3+ years experience as a Program, Project, Product Manager or similar role with strong program management experience.

  • Exceptional people skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects through influence and communication towards coordinated task completion.

  • Training in project management practices preferred.

  • Knowledge of typical activities related to the product release lifecycle and product commercialization.

  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organized with rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and positive “can-do” approach.

  • Sound business judgment and ability to make tradeoffs and prioritization decisions that help the business.

  • Respect for colleagues and partners: must work well in a matrixed environment.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
