Production Artist
Job Description:
The Production Artist, within the Strategy & Consulting team, is responsible for developing communications in support of our customers’ Workhuman® Cloud program launches and their ongoing success. This role centers around producing exciting visual collateral for our customers’ internal, employee communications campaigns.
Our team is based in Framingham, Dublin and remotely across the U.S. and our varied backgrounds and experiences create an innovative, collaborative and fun working environment. Responsibilities
In collaboration with operational consultants and our agency design partners, create effective visuals to support customers’ Workhuman® Cloud programs:
- Design and revise internal marketing campaigns, including print and digital assets, based on customers’ Workhuman® Cloud program website design concepts
- Facilitate discovery sessions with customers to define project scope and identify brand design preferences
- Format presentations, reference guides, infographics and other similar collateral, ensuring deliverables are accurate, professional, and reflect either Workhuman or customers’ branding and Workhuman® Cloud program elements
- Create and edit short promotional videos and motion graphics/mixed-media videos
- Develop launch portfolios, showcasing work completed for customers
- Prepare pre-flight and final press-ready files for agency design partners, vendors, and customers and maintain internal catalog of all files
- Provide asset management and design support for external-facing learning management system
- Stay current on communications and design trends, bringing fresh approaches and ideas to individual projects and to share with teammates
- Other related projects as assigned
- Periodic travel to customer sites to staff events and support media shoots as well as provide occasional support before or after standard business hours to service global customers
Skills and Experience
- Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or Marketing preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, along with an outstanding portfolio that demonstrates clear design know how; previous agency experience desirable
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, VideoScribe, ActivePresenter or other similar applications
- Basic knowledge of HTML/web-development or learning management software is a plus
- Experience hosting virtual events using WebEx, GoToMeeting, Lync, Adobe Connect, or other similar web conferencing/webinar tools
- Strict attention to detail and outstanding organizational, file-organization, and archiving skills
- Process-oriented, self-starter who effectively manages multiple projects, often within tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
