Description of Role: 

We’re looking for a highly organized, data-driven, and empathetic team member to oversee our clinical product operations, core to the success of our quickly-growing company. In this role you will manage product launch and post-launch support, assist in key operational functions including defining and tracking metrics, and make valuable contributions to decision making at the product development level alongside a supportive and world-class team of product managers, designers, engineers, and scientists.

This role offers the opportunity to support product operations of a fast growing, dynamic business. 

What you’ll do:

  • Operational support of product launch including quality assurance activities and customer training
  • Collect and analyze product data to identify areas for product improvement
  • Manage tactical product and design team operations for product research 
  • Develop business processes to streamline product development
  • Partner with product managers to monitor quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs) and share cross-functional updates
  • Support cross functional communication on product updates

What you’ll need: 

  • 3+ years experience in product operations or related operational role
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze product and business data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience work on laboratory focused products preferred
