What You’ll Do

As an Operations Associate reporting to the General Manager, you are deeply organized and operationally minded. You’ll manage the flow of hundreds of advertising campaigns and have a direct hand in the success of a growing business.

You will be responsible for the daily management of our database of active offers, including:

• Working with our Network Management team to onboard new offers.
• Ensuring campaign assets are proofed and standardized prior to launch.
• Monitoring each offer tested and document the disposition of each offer at the conclusion of each test.
• Working cross-functionally to ensure that all available are tested, and communicate with Operations as to status of offers available for production and Network Management as to status of untested offers.
• Developing measurement protocol and standards around offer performance, velocity of offers through the pipeline, and rate of offers approved for production, amongst other things.
• You will proactively think about improving how things are done.
• You will be an independent contributor and work somewhat autonomously, and you should expect that you will often work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, specifically in network management or offer management.
• Comfort with standard technology related to digital marketing: Spreadsheets, Linux, FTP & Shared Drives, etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and the desire to learn more.
• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Superlative time management skills and the ability to adapt to a changing schedule.
• The ability to work off-business hours and weekends.
• Experience in working with remote teams, including offshore teams, is a plus.
