ASICS Digital is a division of ASICS based in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to build digital technologies to better connect the ASICS brand to its consumers. We are responsible for the continued development of mobile-fitness solutions such as ASICS Runkeeper and ASICS Studio, global eCommerce platforms, and supporting digital services that encourage people to move, get fit, and stay balanced.


In this Office Manager role, you will be an integral part of ASICS Digital’s People Ops team, owning many of the operational and administrative responsibilities at the Boston office. This role is also pivotal in maintaining/building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.


The person in this role will; support the ongoing maintenance of our physical office space, coordinate the execution of employee events etc.


This role is a part-time (25 – 30 hrs/week) contract position onsite in our Boston, MA office. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operations to provide a comfortable and optimal working environment for our team.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general administrative office needs, including facility and building management support and communication.
  • Maintain and oversee general administrative office needs, including: weekly grocery and lunch orders, external vendor management, organizing monthly supply orders and managing influx.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and organizing/scheduling employee engagement events.
  • Manages facilities portal; guest entry, request work order (Cleaning, HVAC, New badge etc.)
  • Responsible for incoming/outgoing office mail/courier.
  • People Operations team support; Data entry, Organize employee files etc
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ year Office Manager experience
  • Bachelor Degree is preferred
  • Office 365 expertise, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
