Office Coordinator
We are looking for a sharp, good-humored Receptionist who enjoys working in a constantly changing environment and streamlining a hectic day. You will be responsible for handling office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, handling company inquiries, schedule meetings and trips. If you like to tame chaos while remaining calm and flexible in the face of ever-changing priorities and needs, then this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming telephone and email inquiries
Greet customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors
Responsible for setup and cleanup of daily breakfast/lunch/dinner catering for company employees.
Organize the office to ensure the best possible work environment
Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, prepare agenda, and reserve facilities
Other Administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
High energy, self starter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great project management skills
Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Desire to learn and grow professionally across a range of skill sets
