We are searching for a motivated individual to join our fast-growing team as an Office Assistant for approximately two months. This is a temporary role approximately 30-40 hours per week as needed. Given the fast growth MineralTree is seeing there could be potential for a longer term role. This individual will greet and direct all visitors to our MineralTree office and also assist with general office and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and interview candidates and ensure they are welcomed accordingly
- Assist with various office tasks and projects, to include; ordering lunches, scanning and paperwork, assisting with events, scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies and stocking the kitchen
- Assist with maintaining all common office space at MineralTree, including the conference rooms, break room, etc.
- Assist Human Resources Manager with various projects, to include; new hire set-up, performance review process, etc.
- Assist with multiple aspects of our move to a new and larger office space (just upstairs!) in early February
- Assist with other special projects as needed
Requirements
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented individual able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Positivity, a sense of humor and sensitivity to group dynamics and individual needs
- Tech savvy with knowledge of Google Docs/Microsoft Office (we use Macs)
- A self-motivated, independent individual, who takes initiative and seizes opportunity
