Thrasio is seeking a driven, innovative, and tech-savvy Website Experience lead to build out of the company’s website presence and ensure it engages, informs, and converts Thrasio audiences including ecommerce sellers, potential employees, and investors. This leader will maintain Thrasio’s world class website and will oversee the site’s long-term strategy and roadmap in partnership with a diverse set of stakeholders.


This role will focus relentlessly on audience needs and will represent the Thrasio corporate marketing team when it comes to the website experience and the need to ensure optimum performance. You’ll focus on constant site improvements and refinements to craft a website experience that delivers the information audiences need in an intuitive way, own the day-to-day operations of the website, and increase the capabilities of the site to support ongoing business goals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of the strategy and roadmap for developing and implementing an excellent website experience that engages Thrasio’s audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business, design, and product/tech leaders to design, develop, deploy & sustain new website features and functionality in support of the long-term vision
  • Leverage analytical experience, research and feedback insights to clearly identify pain points and gaps in the the audience experience on our website; work cross-functionally with product, SEO/CRO, marketing, and other business leaders to problem solve and roadmap short-term and long-term improvements
  • Perform discovery of best in class standards in website management in order to maintain and enhance an engaging user experience
  • Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved mechanisms for optimization, ensuring the roadmap stays aligned with organization objectives.
  • Build a team that will manage website experience improvements and SEO and CRO optimizations
  • Establish and execute KPIs against strategic plans and objectives; devise and report business outcomes to regional and global executive teams

What you bring to the party:

  • 5+ years of experience in b2b website management role
  • Proven ability to be a big picture thinker and help design and drive a roadmap towards business goals with creative problem solving skills
  • Comfortable managing a varying set of stakeholders to keep teams aligned and deliver projects in a timely manner
  • Organized and self-sufficient, highly flexible and proactive with a team mentality
  • You’ll push OKRs forward with minimal oversight and can manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • You are highly analytical, ask the right questions to uncover actionable insights, and have familiarity with modern web management tools and technologies

Our office is about 15 miles southwest of Boston and is nestled between the commuter rail station, restaurants, town commons, and locally-owned shops.
