To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Manager of Solution Consulting.
The Role:
The Solutions Consulting team is responsible for responsible for providing functional and technical expertise during the design and deployment of the Mirakl platform. As the Manager, your role is to manage a group of Solutions Consultants who specifically support our B2B (Manufacturing, Wholesale and Distribution) customers as they facilitate customer implementations. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing employees within the B2B Solutions Consulting team.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mirakl’s Platform, use cases, and services, as well as the best practices and how these provide value to our customers. Utilize this knowledge as a trusted advisor to support and guide our customers in making the right configuration and integration choices.
- Work cross functionally with internal teams to provide valuable feedback and bring ideas to constantly evolve our product and use cases to enable trusted partners and system integrators outside of Mirakl
- Serve as a Mirakl functional expert able to understand and speak to current web technologies such as RESTful API’s, data-interchange formats, and common solution architectural patterns
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in CS or MIS (or similar degree)
- 8+ years of experience with Technical implementations, preferably SaaS
- 3 years’ experience managing direct reports within technical delivery capacity
- Must have functional knowledge of REST API’s
- A good understanding of warehouse management or procurement systems
- Local to Boston, MA preferred
