HubSpot is looking for a Manager for the Partner Services Team. This Manager would lead a team of Channel Consultants that onboard and drive success with our partners and their channel clients. We are looking for experienced people-leaders with skills in program management and communication to help drive continued success on the Partner Services Team.

As a manager you must:

  • Be 100% focused on customer success, you are dedicated to meeting the requirements of both partners and channel clients.
  • Have built or want to build an effective team that contributes to the company's growth by creating strong morale, fostering open dialogue, clearly defining success and enabling the team to be responsible for their own success.
  • Be comfortable being counted on to exceed C$R goals, while focusing on the bottom line.
  • Be able to hire and coach Channel Consultants to be trusted advisors for their partners and channel customers through the execution of marketing, sales, and customer success strategies leveraging the HubSpot growth stack.
  • Be able to identify gaps and roadblocks to the team's success, to then innovate on program/process improvement.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure that Channel Consultants and their customers have the resources necessary to be successful (i.e. Academy material, templates, reporting, etc.).
  • Develop and coach Channel Consultants through change and career path growth.

  • Developing and leading new teams
  • Driving software product / feature adoption and expanded usage
  • Managing account growth and retention
  • How business works; including: sales, consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Organizing complex processes tied to measurable positive outcomes
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments
