The Lead, Cyber Data Protection Management develops and executes security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. The Lead, Cyber Data Protection Management works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Lead, Cyber Data Protection Management is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Lead, Cyber Data Protection Management delivers new technical solutions to meet technical and business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The Lead, Cyber Data Protection Management works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial and performs analysis of situations or data that requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

 

Responsibilities

 

The Lead, Cyber Data Protection Management guides architects on embedding techniques like tagging, data anonymization while building or enhancing data solutions to ensure proper level of access and data classifications. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. The Lead, Cyber Data Protection Management works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve product related problems/issues. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

               

Required Qualifications

  • a Bachelor's degree
  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience
  • 8 or more years experience Cyber Security
  • 3 or more years experience in Cyber Data Protection
  • 2 or more years experience in Supervisor experience in Cyber Data Protection
  • Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure (i.e. databases, operating systems, web services,

    networking, etc.)

  • Experience with IT analysis, including artifact development

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders

  • Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports

  • Experience in problem solving and consultation with complex environments

  • Experience in facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts

  • Experience with application and database technology stacks

  • Knowledge of Application and Database Security best practices

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in a Technical Field
  • Security Certifications
  • Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams

  • Ability to Prototype (proof of concept) business and technical requirements

  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle and Project Management methodologies

  • Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

  • Six Sigma or ITIL certification(s)
