Description
The Lead Cloud IAM Operations Engineer will lead the planning, design and operation of enterprise-level identity and access management (IAM) capabilities within Enterprise Information Protection. This role will be responsible for the definition and deployment of IAM capabilities and processes with a focus on cloud-based identity and access management services, including cloud capabilities such as federated services and privileged access management.

- Build a close working relationship with Humana stakeholders including security operations, cloud platform management, and solutions engineering
- Participate in IT and Cloud security strategy sessions to support capability delivery functions
- Lead administration of cloud-native identity and access management services such as Azure Active Directory
- Lead the process design and operations of federated services, such as Azure Active Directory and Okta
- Lead operations and administration of cloud-based Privileged Identity Management solutions
- Manage service accounts for cloud workloads, such as those deployed through automated pipelines
- Champion user experience improvements by leading projects such as self-service password reset and passwordless login initiatives
- Champion process transformation to deliver industry-leading security experiences
- Partner on enterprise-wide initiatives such as IT Service Management integrations to transform operational processes
- Support operations of cloud-native IAM capabilities
- Institutionalize and operate CSP specific role entitlement transformation
- Optimize and maintain cloud IAM RBAC entitlement management processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Security or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of technical cyber security experience
- 2+ years of project leadership experience
- 2+ years of experience engineering IAM solutions in cloud service providers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience implementing and supporting IAM tools and processes
- Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
- Strong ability to assess urgency and prioritization and make good decisions based upon situational circumstances
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels of the organization
- Analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Professional level cloud engineering certifications
- Hands on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation etc.)
- Hands on experience operating, monitoring and troubleshooting IAM services in medium to large cloud environments
Additional Information
Experience in cloud migration, cloud service management preferred
