Junior Systems Administrator - ServiceNow
Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love.The ServiceNow Junior Sys Admin will be the front line representative of the ServiceNow team. This role will be responsible for engaging with end users, intaking ServiceNow requests and changes, troubleshooting basic issues internal and customer facing, and assisting with solutioning and customizations. This role will also be responsible for assisting with larger scale projects such as integrations, and upgrades.

- Building and modifying forms and reports.
- Work with users to help guide them through ServiceNow use.
- Writing documentation for internal and external users (KB, SOP, Runbook).
- Requirement gathering from users to solution for user needs.
- Eager to learn and expand ServiceNow knowledge through certifications and learning opportunities.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Basic code or scripting experience.
- Understanding of ServiceNow’s filtering and reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues.
- Experience working with end users to troubleshoot issues.
- Basic familiarity of ITIL methodology as it relates to ServiceNow tables (CMDB, Incident, Requests, etc).
- Demonstrated experience working with databases (familiarity with DB structures).
Special Sauce* (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves)
Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or willing to get certified within a year.
