Reggora is a high-growth, Series A stage fintech company transforming the market for real estate valuation. Reggora provides the first end-to-end cloud-based home appraisal management product, dramatically reducing the mortgage lending timeline and making the lender and home appraiser more efficient. Reggora is backed by top venture capital firms and is headquartered in the Fort Point area of Boston’s Seaport district (just a short walk from South Station) .

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing Operations Team in Boston, MA.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Support business application across the organization including daily administration and proactive support; including basic troubleshooting, new user setup, lead routing, lead scoring, data loading and quality assurance
  • Empower end-users and manage all support requests and the administrative needs of our users
  • Troubleshoot and manage reports and dashboards based on KPIs for stakeholders and ad hoc reporting for individual business units
  • Identify and execute Salesforce trainings as needed
  • Perform support across all processes related to the deployment of business systems (Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Create and manage all aspects of users’ security, profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules (Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lucid Chart, etc)
  • Work independently and on multiple projects against deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong Salesforce skills required - ADM 201 certification preferred
  • Exposure to Pardot, NetSuite, TalkDesk is ideal
