Through automating daily tasks, sourcing new software, building out A/V, training staff, or even getting music to play across the entire office, Catalant IT enables our employees to do their best work from wherever they may be.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver amazing customer service and continue to build the brand of “Best-in-class IT”
- Provide first level support for Catalant employees resolving laptop, network, and A/V issues
- Communicate effectively with both skilled and unskilled Mac users (and a decreasing number of Windows users) via face-to-face, email, chat, and our helpdesk ticketing system
- Assist with the management and support of cloud-based applications such as Okta, G Suite, Zoom, and Slack
- Troubleshoot issues effectively – know when to use your resources and when to escalate
- Assist with account management and purchasing for teams within Catalant
- Participate and help run A/V for large-scale company events
- Identify ways to streamline common processes and ensure we maximize value within IT
- Assist with other technical projects and tasks as needed
- Develop your skills! You'll have dedicated time for you to further your knowledge and expand your skillset.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years in a technical role supporting macOS devices
- Customer focus, strong people skills, approachability
- Desire to learn and work on increasingly complex projects
- Strong organization and task management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a strong commitment to quality of work
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with supporting SaaS apps such as Okta, G Suite, Zoom, Slack
- Experience With JAMF device management for macOS/iOS
- Experience with Intune device management for Windows 10
- Experience running A/V in an event setting
- BASH/Python/PowerShell scripting experience
- Basic network understanding and troubleshooting capability
