The role of IT Manager – Workday is to lead and manage IT platforms and activities for Indigo’s people teams including recruiting, learning and operations. In this hands-on role, you will be the go-to resource to design, configure, test and administer Indigo’s Workday platform and interfaces globally. You will recommend best practices in leveraging Workday capabilities, partner and release mgmt., reporting and administration tools to meet day-to-day business needs as well as support for additional modules and countries. You will work closely with the People Systems Manager and cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with business expectations. You will interface with senior management to define a technology roadmap that aligns with key business goals and objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Come up to speed on all configuration and interfaces including Workday Ph 2 project scope
  • Deploy Workday Ph 2 functionality for:
    • Advanced Compensation
    • Benefits
    • Open Enrollment
    • Payroll ADP integration
    • Benefits Partner integrations
    • Reporting & Analytics
  • Day-to-day management of Workday platform operations (patching, upgrades, testing, enhancements, release management)
  • Leverage technical capabilities to streamline operations
  • Identify and conduct required Workday training sessions

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing/implementing Workday
  • 5+ years experience configuring and implementing HRIS platforms
  • Experience building and maintaining Workday integrations to other platforms and partners (EIB, Studio, SFTP, SSO)
  • Education: B.S. or M.S. required
  • Experience working internationally (EMEA, LATAM) preferred

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
