The role of IT Analyst, ERP is to become a key support resource for the IT Systems Organization. In this hands-on role, you will be part of the team that functions as the go-to organization to investigate Oracle ERP issues and address functionality questions and pain points, in the areas of Procure to Pay, General Ledger, System Administration, Employee Onboarding, and other duties as assigned by the team. You will research and recommend best practices in leveraging system technology to meet day-to-day business needs. You will assist with leading cross-functional teams to implement realistic solutions that align with business expectations. You will interface with all levels of the organization to resolve issues, lead testing, conduct training, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Become proficient in Oracle Cloud Financials and Procurement
• Become proficient in Oracle Chart of Accounts, Employee Entry, and Assigning User Security
• Optimize internal and external ticket system and establish process for efficient resolution
  • Publish a “how to” guide for users to understand the effective way to log a ticket
  • Participate in and lead calls with external support contractor
• Become the Test Script lead and take charge of User Acceptance Testing and other testing cycles needs as dictated by Oracle’s Quarterly patching program
• Help to establish and promote proactive training sessions and prepare best practice training materials for US and International business units

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP; 2+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP
• Procurement or System Administration experience in an IT business role preferred
• Working knowledge of Oracle Procure to Pay process
• Working knowledge of Oracle GL and other ERP Modules
• Working knowledge of Oracle System Administration
• Prior professional experience in a very fast-paced environment, ideally working in international markets
• Proven experience leading initiatives in cross-functional environments
