Mirakl has grown its headcount by 200% in the last two years and will continue to bring onboard the best and brightest in 2020 and beyond. Gartner projects that more than 60% of online sellers will adopt marketplaces or include third-party sales in their eCommerce ecosystems by the end of 2020. To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model and further accelerate our growth, Mirakl is looking for an IT Administrator.
As the IT Administrator, you will support the broader IT team by assisting the US office with their needs. Responsibilities include:
- Laptop installation and configuration (Mac & Windows 10)
- Creating access to various applications (Jumpcloud, wiki, Jira etc.)
- General hardware and software support
- Network support (Ethernet = Fortigate/Cisco - vLans implementation - switch configuration) (Wifi = Cisco Meraki)
- Assist with projects work as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years’ experience in IT administration
- Working knowledge of MAC IOS operating system
- Knowledge network systems and ability to configure routers
- Must be comfortable working autonomously
