We are seeking an Inventory Manager to support our North American operations markets. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, accounting, reporting, and distribution for our North American markets. 


What you’ll do:

-Hands-on Kanban inventory system implementation in markets across North America

-Provide remote market support for inventory management systems

-Audit CMMS [Computerized Maintenance Management System] reported consumption against monthly cycle counts

-Write Kanban and CMMS training modules for field employees, and track completion

-Ensure inventory management systems compliance in-field

-Perform scheduled and un-announced on-site audits of inventory count and process controls

-Process monthly restocking shipments from our 3PL fulfillment centers to keep in-field inventory above minimum quantities. 


What we’re looking for:

-College Degree or equivalent experience

-5+ years of experience with Kanban-managed inventory systems

-3+ years managing 3PL-held inventory remotely

-3+ years of experience with 5S methodology

-CMMS experience a plus

-Advanced experience with Excel

-Available for 30% travel

-Experience with Netsuite and/or Sage a plus

-Comfortable working with remote teams

-Ability to organize and conduct work independently
