Identity and Access Management Consultant
About the role and team
The Enterprise Cyber Security (ECS) organization seeks a Identity and Access Management Consultant who can assist with remediating critical security findings related to Identity Access related issues from Life Cycle Management (LCM), Privileged Access Management and ransomware. This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced, innovative, and collaborative environment on exciting technology directives.
Responsibilities and Objectives
- Thorough understanding and experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Understanding of security concepts, risk management and standards and controls
- Create strategic roadmaps and detailed technical documentation
- Plan, verify, and integrate IAM solutions for complex applications
- Challenge status quo and provide innovative solutions to align with industry standards and begin to steer us to be a leader in this space
- Conduct in depth technical IAM research, assessments and performance analysis to support and design technical automated IAM strategies
- Participate in strategy discussions and build roadmap for new innovative IAM Capabilities
- Partner with Architecture for design and continuous delivery
- Work within the Enterprise Information Security Management team of a large organization to promote the best Identity and Access Management practices
- Work closely with business partners to champion Information security through IAM best practices
- Serve as a business enabler, clear planning and design documentation for properly-secured, policy-compliant, high-performance IAM integrations
- Understand business requirements and design IAM solutions
- Work within an agile project methodology
The skills that make you a great fit
- 3 or more years of experience in Information Security or Access Management capacity
- Experience with OKTA, IGA Platforms and additional Authentication capabilities
- Understanding of the Atlassian productivity suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Knowledge of Virtualization Technologies
- Experience supporting Security Directory Server environments
- ServiceNow development experience
- Archer experience
- Extensive knowledge of current and upcoming IT security technologies
- Experience working with SSO and Authentication Solutions
- Experience working with and submitting documentation for internal and external audit partners
- Familiarity with access management concepts at the domain, server, and workstation levels and the connections between them
- Troubleshooting and triage of complex production issues
- Extensive knowledge of current and upcoming IT security technologies
- Comfortable challenging status quo
- Project management knowledge and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Creative, positive, optimistic, energetic, and organized
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline preferred
Target job salary: $82,300.00 - $143,300.00 USD Annual
