As a Hypercare Specialist, you will be responsible for building deeper business relationships with all new BullhornONE and BTE clients as they transition from the implementation project team and prior to their move to support. You will work closely and collaboratively with SI Partners, Sales, Support, Development and Professional Services to ensure a smooth post Go-Live transition for each of your clients.
As a Hypercare Specialist, a typical day might include:
Cross-functional collaboration with members of your Hypercare Pod and various Bullhorn departments (Hypercare, Support, Sales, Professional Services, Product, SI Partners) as it relates to customer driven activities i.e. escalations, product enhancements etc.
Single point of contact on weekly client check-in calls to review post go-live activity and driving issue escalations towards resolution.
Leading BullhornOne topic specific familiarization and training sessions with your client
Ad-hoc meeting requests both internally and externally
Early engagement with the Project Implementation team and Client to gain familiarity with the client’s unique business processes.
Setting the client up for success in their transition from Hypercare to BullhornOne and BTE Support
