Responsibilities:

  • Drive our Canada business plan and execute flawlessly
  • Establish a team of sales professionals and a cadence of sales management, forecasting, and goal setting such that the end of year targets are achieved
  • Map out a grower facing and buyer facing sales process and cadence, such that the partnership agreements and associated supply strategy are seamlessly delivered
  • Develop a process to integrate and adapt learnings into Canadian marketplace management to deliver rapid step changes in performance
  • Make critical hires to build out the team required deliver against goals
  • Develop a road map to launch other Indigo products within Canada

  • Able to lead sales teams, can articulate buyer and seller decision making processes
  • Understands grain marketing in Canada
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter
  • Intellectual flexibility, agility, and an innovative mindset; willing to think outside the box
  • Strong process orientation
  • Team-player, collaborative
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in grain marketing or related roles
  • Operational experience in a high growth company
  • Proven ability to manage, build and empower a large, high-performing team

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
