Global Sales Engineering Director at HubSpot:

  • Have a proven track record of excellent time management, project management, and organization skills
  • Combined analytical and technical mindset
  • Have a track record of being excellent coaches
  • Have an ability to win trust and become true business partners to our sales leadership team on both strategic and technical issues
  • Self-starter with a high-affinity for identifying inefficiencies. Along with the motivation to solve them. And the ability to influence others to gain consensus cross functionally and roll out across the organization.
  • Have proven track record of solving complex problems, driving initiatives cross functionally, and clear ability to explain complex concepts to audiences in a simplistic way

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of management experience with a proven track record of success
  • BA or BS degree at minimum
  • Experience leading a sales engineering organization
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to identify trends and patterns
  • Extensive Excel, SFDC, SQL etc a plus
