About the Role:

Panorama Education is rapidly growing, and we are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chief Executive Office (CEO). This individual will work with our internal Operations team, and in addition to supporting our CEO, this person will also have the opportunity to work with the entire team on company-wide events and other initiatives. You'll be a part of our high-impact Operations team, and assist with facilities and tech administration, and building strong cross-functional relationships across the organization. Our work is very meaningful in helping support all business functions. Our product is a growing presence in K-12 classrooms across the country. When we do well, we have a direct positive impact on the learning and development of the students in those classrooms.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly calendars for CEO; coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Independently solve problems related to scheduling and calendar prioritization for CEO 
  • Supports writing company-wide communications (such as drafting emails and slide decks)
  • Screen telephone calls as needed and route calls appropriately; reply to email inquiries on behalf of CEO as directed
  • Coordinate conference and video (Zoom) calls
  • Drive and partner on many key projects and initiatives
  • Plan, schedule and oversee domestic travel arrangements
  • Collect all travel-related expense receipts and complete expense reports
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, company meetings and events, investor meetings, and CEO interviews; arrange catering as needed; prepare materials for meetings as needed; sit in meetings for note-taking as needed
  • Greet visitors and interview candidates at the front desk, when we return to the office 
  • Responsible for company offsite meetings
  • Assist with Team Meetings and Leadership Team Q&A Panels; put together slide decks and manage other administrative details; share recording with team after meetings take place
  • Work in a collaborative manner with other leadership members and team members of all levels to accomplish objectives
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the CEO 


What We’re Looking For:

  • We value applicable experience over degrees; we encourage all candidates with transferable skills to apply
  • 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or other similar administrative role, preferably supporting leadership team members within a technology or software organization
  • Self-motivated; driven, cares about the quality, presentation, and delivery of the work
  • Attention to and care for detail; finds customer service work meaningful and takes pride in efficiency and organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills; experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms), Zoom, Slack is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively manage competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Interest in education technology is a plus
