Entry-Level IT Technician
As an Entry-Level IT Technician, you will work with the head of Bullhorn's internal IT Group to provide world class desktop and server support to 1500+ users. You will troubleshoot multiple computer platforms (Windows, iOS, and Smartphone). You will support multiple administrative and desktop related applications and users who work from home or travel.

As an Entry-Level IT Technician, a typical day might include:
- Installing, updating, and upgrading software and operating systems
- Creating and managing user accounts
- Ordering hardware and software through third-party vendors
- Producing, maintaining, and validating standard operating procedures
- Troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues
- Maintaining conference room systems, functionality, and end-user experience
- Ownership of for the timely on/off-boarding of full-time employees and contractors
- Contribution to ad-hoc projects

Bonus points for:
- Experience in IT Support or Systems Administration experience
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field of study
