The Role 

You’ll serve as a critical bridge between our VP of People and our HR business units such as Talent Acquisition, People Operations, People Partners, Learning and Development and Internal Comms. You’ll help our VP of People track and manage multiple projects from the day-to-day administrative tasks to bigger-picture strategic initiatives. You’ll ensure tasks and projects are executed upon successfully with minimal follow-up and direction.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as a trusted strategic and operational partner by driving communication and project prioritization for our People team. 
  • Partner with our VP of People to set, track, and follow-through on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and long-term priorities preferably via a project-management system and associated dashboards (i.e. Monday).
  • Provide high level administrative support to our VP, People. 
  • Partner with the VP, People to drive preparation and organization for key department meetings. 
  • Own People Team onboarding process for new employees.

What You Bring To The Party:

  • Can identify and simplify complex problems, eventually learning to anticipate them. 
  • Superior organizational and project-management skills.
  • Expert-level Excel skills. 
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally in a project management, chief of staff or high-level executive support role.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and complete any task, big or small. 
  • Must be humble, flexible, results-oriented, collaborative, strong communicator and have a great sense of humor.
