Responsibilities:

  • Setup, deploy, manage, and help optimize integrated campaigns and automated nurture programs -- including segmentation, scheduling, CTAs, personalization, and more -- to help increase member engagement, member renewal, and expansion rates
     
  • Enable us to make data-driven decisions that optimize the complete customer journey, from first touch to delighted member.
     
  • Ensure all marketing tactics are trackable and reportable across all campaigns and channels; conduct analytical projects to improve marketing strategies and tactics; identify opportunities to improve our reporting metrics and capabilities.
     
  • Develop documentation and road maps for marketing operations processes -- campaign workflows, email program planning and deployment, A/B tests, lead nurture and triage, member engagement/re-engagement/onboarding, and more
     
  • Help to manage content and web presence across multiple platforms; contribute to optimizing content for search engines and lead generation
     
  • Contribute to marketing team mission to establish scalable, repeatable, profitable marketing programs that expand the audience, attract more leads, optimize the funnel, and contribute to overall growth of the company

Requirements:

  • At least five years in similar role, with demonstrated success managing HubSpot for email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and analytics
     
  • Highly analytical, excellent communicator and creative thinker; able to design actionable data reporting and derive meaning from data to inform decisions
     
  • Track record of success boosting marketing and user engagement (consumption of content, event attendance, referrals, etc.), especially in a SAAS environment
     
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce-Hubspot integration, if not a tried and trusted Salesforce power user
     
  • SAAS, start-up experience and BA/BS preferred
