The Role

As Akili’s Director of Field Operations you will lead the entire field ops organization, providing support for our National Account Managers and Sales Account Executives in the field. You will be a key stakeholder for Marketing, Sales, and Analytics, supporting new product launches, including the launch of our flagship product, EndeavorRx.


Scope + Results

  • Lead assessments of critical sales/field capabilities and ensure field effectiveness aligned to company goals
  • Own targeting and alignment for Akili’s field field teams
  • Partner with our Information Systems team to lead field force design in support of new product launches
  • Partner with Sales leadership to manage the ongoing design and revision of sales incentive compensation plans 
  • Partner with HCP Marketing team on designing and implementing sales collateral
  • Partner with Commercial Analytics to develop sales analytics dashboards
  • Partner with FP&A and Sales leadership to develop quarterly sales targets/projections 


Competencies

  • 7+ years of experience specifically within sales operations in the Biotech/pharma space.  
  • Experience with the VEEVA CRM in particular
  • Experience designing sales incentive compensation plans
  • Deep analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Understanding of compliance and legal environment in respect to sales/field ops
  • Flexibility, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities/goals 
  • Ability to build strong cross functional relationships with key stakeholders from diverse disciplines.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to work in ambiguity, recommend solutions and find innovative paths forward 
  • Strong understanding of the industry, competitors, and technology and what is required for sustained field results.
