The Corporate Development team is responsible for executing on key priorities identified by the CEO and executive leadership. These strategic priorities may include building out new, critical businesses within Indigo, assisting operational teams with setting and achieving targets, and meeting financing goals. Activities often involve developing and implementing high-level strategic plans, long-term organizational planning for new businesses, financial forecasting, setting and executing towards sales targets, developing end-to-end processes to ensure long-term business success, and building and managing teams to achieve Indigo executives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO, Head of Corporate Development and other Indigo Executives to drive and own the highest Indigo priorities from idea through implementation
    • Build strategic, operational and execution-oriented plans to achieve key priorities
  • Work with the CEO, Head of Corporate Development and other Indigo Executives in developing new business plans
    • Lead new business plan creation, start up new businesses and stand up new functions and initiatives
    • Initially staff the business lines/manage teams, and deliver to future owners
  • Partner with Head of Corporate Development to design, structure, develop, mentor, and build the Corporate Development team
    • Attract and develop a team of A players
    • Manage a team of 5-15+ people over time
  • Partner with the office of the CEO to improve the efficiency of executing strategic initiatives including:
    • Attending and facilitating Board meetings
    • Attending Executive Offsites
    • Planning for our Annual Investor Day

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience with 5+ years consulting experience required

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
