Summary

The LevelUp Agency team works with LevelUp’s regional and national food brands to build, design, launch, market and support their digital channel. This includes custom mobile and web applications for payments, loyalty, order-ahead and data insights into the customer base. The Director of Operations, Agency Development will be tasked with driving the team forward as we experience tremendous growth. This will involve adapting our current processes and tools to ensure teams are working cohesively and that we can tackle bigger projects and challenges with the right amount of structure.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the delivery of bespoke web and mobile apps across development, testing, and release
  • Manage all internal operational aspects of the Agency team to improve processes and optimize efficiencies
  • Evaluate existing communication strategies across departments and identify and close communication and process gaps
  • Work with leaders across LevelUp including Mobile Development, Product Management, Platform Development and Account Management to ensure that: we are delivering the high quality product and service to our clients, our priorities are aligned with business needs and roadmaps, and we anticipate future needs for the teams
  • Review Agency tools to ensure they meet the needs of the team and explore additional tools for increased functionality to scale with the business
  • Proactively identify and improve internal process and communication challenges for greater efficiencies

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business operations
  • Proven track record of leadership, taking ownership and driving results for large scale projects across multiple teams
  • Experience re-organizing departments and optimizing processes a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to partner and adapt to a wide range of people
  • Passionate advocate and leader for a variety of teams performing diverse functions
  • Ability to make clear recommendations to teams, including the Executive Team, incorporating possible risks, challenges and rewards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where decisions have a large and immediate impact
  • Ability and willingness to challenge the status quo
