Desktop Support Engineer
Kyruus is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our Technology Operations team. Kyruus is a modern, cloud-based business leveraging numerous SaaS products to keep our on-prem footprint as close to zero as possible. We’re heavily invested in the Apple ecosystem to streamline our operations and provide a great end-user experience.
The Desktop Support Engineer will provide technical support to all employees, ranging from our administrative and finance team to our engineering team. This individual will manage all incoming helpdesk tickets, including triage, timely resolution, detailed documentation, and clear communication with all involved parties and implement new technologies throughout the organization. We are a fast-growing, high-potential company and this is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to break into the world of IT by providing excellent support to our team members.
Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot macOS
Own troubleshooting Bring Your Own Devices
Enthusiasm for working in a macOS environment
Ability to work with and tailor support for all members of the organization (junior to executive, technical and non-technical, local and remote)
Network management experience
Ability and strong desire to work with minimal supervision in an environment with changing priorities and multiple projects
Analytical, organizational, communication and problem solving skills
Experience with office electronics
Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT)
AV experience
Automation & scripting experience and/or familiarity with frameworks for enabling automation
