TripAdvisor is the world’s largest online travel site, visited by 450+ million travelers each month. The CoreX team is responsible for setting and executing on company-wide strategy across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Communications.
We are looking for a passionate Coordinator to join the team. This is an excellent job for someone with 1-3 years of work experience, who is always looking for ways to make the work they are doing better. We are seeking a talented team player who is ambitious and willing to get their hands dirty, but confident enough to take on big priority projects.
You will report to the Chief of Staff and work directly with the President of CoreX to partner in managing her day-to-day work, preparing her for meetings, working with her partners across the org and company to ensure she is set up for success. You will also be responsible for the health of the team at large - coordinating cross-organization events, developing strategy for making a large team more cohesive, and organizing team communications.
What you’ll do:
Support the President of CoreX and Chief of Staff in their day-to-day work
Assist the Executive Assistant in managing the President’s calendar and heavy travel schedule
Prepare presentations for and with the CoreX leadership team
Manage team communications, events, seating and all cross-organization efforts
Organize and execute on org-wide town halls, all hands, social engagements, etc
Support leadership team in executing special projects and lend a hand on priority work
Manage agendas, set up meetings, and organize communication across CoreX leadership team
Build and maintain relationships with peers and leadership at all levels across the org and the company
What you’ll bring:
1-3 years experience driving strategic priorities for growing businesses
Bachelor’s degree
Experience supporting an executive
Sharp organization skills
Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to get your hands dirty
A propensity for creating order from chaos
Strong writing and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with leaders and executives
