Client Development Director (West Coast)
Position Summary:
The Client Development Director (CDD) role manages the sales process with prospective and current health system clients. The CDD is responsible for managing and sustaining sales campaigns, coordinating internal resources necessary for a successful sale, and generating new leads for the sales pipeline. This individual plays an integral role in forecasting and reporting on the pipeline, target account identification, and competitive intelligence.
Sample Responsibilities:
- Leading sales campaigns from qualification through deal closure
- Identifying and scoping opportunities through site visits, market research, and client interactions
- Working with all Kyruus functions (Marketing, Management, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams) to develop sales campaigns
- Quantifying financial impact of identified opportunities across multiple patient access channels
- Developing and maintaining relationships with executive leaders at health systems
- Identifying and qualifying new accounts and engagement opportunities
- Provide leadership with market feedback to advance Kyruus products
Requirements:
- Passion for improving healthcare
- 5-7 Years experience in enterprise sales or business development with hospitals, health systems, medical practices, or other provider groups
- Demonstrated success at developing and executing sales campaigns
- Start-up experience and attitude; ability to adapt quickly to change and to collaborate across multiple functions/departments
- Strong presentation skills
- Quantitative and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 40-50% of time
