Business Operations Specialist
Job Description:
The Opportunity:
The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting both Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to develop our target audience database, all while bringing analytics and metrics into the company's sales efforts. This individual will be a key contributor in contact acquisition and will manage the relationship with both ZoomInfo and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for operations, analytics, and customer support with strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
This position will report into the Senior Sales Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Sales, Marketing and Customer Success with general operations to help reach the team's objectives
- Contact acquisition of top accounts and ongoing maintenance in Salesforce.com
- Responsible for corporate LinkedIn relationship and training
- Uncover critical gaps in the database
- Utilizing social media platforms, corporate websites and various sales tools to identify target audience
- Research and develop a strategy for former customer discovery
- Assist in the development of best practices and data governance
- Work alongside the Sales Operations Manager(s) to generate sales reports and dashboards as needed
- Assist in researching and identifying problems and solutions using opportunity and campaign metrics
- Researching and implementing new CRM features and third-party applications for performance and efficiency among departments
- Assisting in the relationship as a reliable point person for partnering agencies and consultants
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or related CRM
- CRM Administration certification is highly preferred
- Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office
- Experience using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo or related acquisition tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- The ability to work in groups and cross-functional teams
- The ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines; must be organized
- Works with both a sense of urgency and integrity to complete tasks on time and exceed expectations whenever possible
- Flexible, proactive, and accountability driven
- 2-5 years of applicable experience working in an operations role
