We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and analytical Business Operations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for strategic initiatives across all of Cricket Health, with a focus on product and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, will feel comfortable working cross-functionally and approaching problems in a data-driven and strategic way. This role will report to our Business Operations Lead. The location for this role is Cambridge, MA or San Francisco, CA. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to increase productivity and improve operational efficiency 
  • Bring strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business, product, and operational questions
  • Deliver strategic projects for leadership that provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives
  • Operationalize cross-functional strategy decisions, in conjunction with internal function leads
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues, define actionable and innovative improvement levers
  • Communicate effectively with partners at all levels, including the executive team
  • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Business Development to drive strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting or a strategy-related role at health care services business
  • Health care knowledge: Understanding of the US health care system and how key players - providers, payers, patients - interact. Knowledge of health care services and digital health business models. 
  • Deeply analytical: An understanding of how various frameworks can provide structure to complex questions and how data can help to inform the team’s approach.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders and foster alignment on ambiguous problems.
  • Highly productive: Ability to be highly productive with little oversight day-to-day. This role is intended for somebody who will take meaningful responsibility and initiative.
  • Eager to learn: A willingness to learn and dig into new problems.
  • Action-oriented: You are someone who thrives in ambiguity and prefers the good decision now to the perfect decision next month.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of kidney care landscape
  • Ability to code and drive analyses using SQL or R
  • Advanced degree in related field (i.e. MBA, MHA, MPH)
