We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and analytical Business Operations Manager to join our team in Cambridge, MA. You will be responsible for strategic initiatives across all of Cricket Health, with a focus on product and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, will feel comfortable working cross-functionally and approaching problems in a data-driven and strategic way. This role will report to our Business Operations Lead.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to increase productivity and improve operational efficiency
  • Bring strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business, product, and operational questions
  • Deliver strategic projects for leadership that provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives
  • Evaluate key performance measures specific to operations and product success
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues, define actionable and innovative improvement levers
  • Communicate effectively with partners at all levels, including the executive team
  • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Business Development to drive strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or a strategy-related role at health care services business
  • Health care knowledge: ​Understanding of the US health care system and how key players - providers, payers, patients - interact. Knowledge of health care services and digital health business models
  • Deeply analytical: An understanding of how various frameworks can provide structure to complex questions and how data can help to inform the team’s approach
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders and foster alignment on ambiguous problems
  • Highly productive: Ability to be highly productive with little oversight day-to-day. This role is intended for somebody who will take meaningful responsibility and initiative
  • Eager to learn: A willingness to learn and dig into new problems
  • Action-oriented: You are someone who thrives in ambiguity and prefers the good decision now to the perfect decision next month

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of kidney care landscape
  • Ability to code and drive analyses using SQL or R
  • Advanced degree in related field (i.e. MBA, MHA, MPH)

What are Cricket Health Perks + Benefits

Cricket Health Benefits Overview

We offer medical, dental and vision benefits under the Company’s benefit plans, subject to the terms and conditions of the individual plans. Details about the health and dental benefits will be provided separately and specific plans available depends on employee home state. Cricket covers 90% for employees and 65% for dependents. Health, dental, and vision benefits are managed through TriNet. There is no waiting period: once the employee I9 has been completed, they will be able to elect their benefits.

The company will offer 18 days PTO annually in addition to company holidays. This includes vacation, sick and personal time off but excludes Cricket holidays, disability, family leave, etc.

Employees will also be eligible for the Cricket Health 401K Plan after 3 months of employment, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan. There is an effective 50% company match of annual salary up to $2,500.
