Reggora is seeking a Business Analyst to raise the impact of the analytics team. You’ll be working with stakeholders across Reggora to bolster data driven decision making on both a macro and micro level. We are looking for a proactive, curious individual ready to solve everyday problems through data and analytics.

What You’ll Do:

• Use data to support and measure company wide and departmental initiatives
• Identify, understand, and communicate goals of key stakeholders and decision makers
• Define and carry out processes relating to data collection, data organization, data comprehension, and data visualization
• Promote best practices in data warehousing, reporting, dashboarding, and documentation
• Work cross functionally to deliver reliable reporting and uncover actionable insights

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 4+ years of experience analyzing data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Fluency in SQL required; Python or R preferred
• Ability to manipulate large data sets with high dimensionality and complexity
• Knowledge of relational/non-relational databases. (ie. Snowflake, Salesforce, MongoDB)
• Strong understanding of business logic and data transformations
• Experience working with Tableau, GoodData or other Data Visualization tools
• Experience working with Excel
