The role of International Associate Manager will be to help Indigo have rapid expansion into international markets, including Argentina, Brazil, Australia and India.This role will be based in Boston and may need to travel internationally. After a period of time, this role has the opportunity to rotate and develop taking leadership roles in one of the existing geographies outside the US. The Associate Manager will be reporting to the Director of International.

 

Key Outcomes:

  • Develops new business models in existing geographies with focus in Latin America
  • Creates and updates the International strategy and operations documents
  • Effectively synthesizes information from the International team
  • Helps to deliver on the International 5-year plan
  • Compiles, analyzes, and presents findings to the team via effective communication
  • Works closely with the team to deliver strategy models and budget
  • Supports the pricing model development for all crops and countries, and owns model going forward
  • Supports LATAM aggressive growth target and financial delivery as well as new business models and geographies)

Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree required
  • Strong analytical, research, and consulting skillset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous International exposure
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese preferred but not required 
  • Agriculture background preferred but not required
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Investment Banking or Consulting preferred but not required
  • Able to travel internationally at least once per quarter
  • Familiar with analytical tools to support data driven decisions

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
