The Associate Manager, Corporate Development role provides an exciting opportunity to be at the center of the Indigo Enterprise, leading key activities, priorities, and initiatives with the CEO and CEO’s Chief of Staff. This role is directly responsible for driving the company to the next level of value and positive change to the industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO, CEO’s Chief of Staff, Key Indigo Executives to drive key priorities of the Indigo Enterprise
    • Help build operational and execution-oriented plans (largely in PowerPoint and Excel) to execute on key priorities (potentially including but not limited to) building and achieving:
      • Commercial sales goals
      • Market Development strategy
      • Innovation, Data and Technology strategy
      • Future fundraising efforts
  • Work with the Chief of Staff, the CEO, in developing new business plans
  • Partner with key Indigo Executives, CEO’s Chief of Staff to structure nascent functions key to Indigo’s long-term success
  • As needed, on behalf the CEO, ensure best-in-class, flawless execution of Board Meetings, Executive Off-sites and Executive Staff Meetings

  • Excellent analytical capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences
  • Strong PowerPoint and story building skills
  • Self-starter and able to work with little guidance
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to requirements to complete projects
  • Ambitious with a strong desire to learn and to develop skill sets
  • Able to manage ambiguity; thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes ownership in work
  • Strong interest in Indigo’s mission

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of work experience
  • Experience working in banking, private equity, consulting and/or strategy/business development
  • Agriculture experience a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of options and trading is beneficial, but not required

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
