As a Bullhorn Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients, trainers, and project teams to create effective and comprehensive training SOWs. You will leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to actively engage clients in consultative conversations. You will provide expertise on Bullhorn product suite, Training offerings, and best practices which you will leverage in combination with client input resulting in written agreements of training delivery.

The Solutions Consultant helps identify the training needs of our clients and ensures both client and trainers have successful training engagements. They do this by quantifying training scope, facilitating mutual understanding, and adhering to budget. This role is crucial in Bullhorn`s mission of providing an incredible customer experience!
As a Solutions Consultant you will:
● Utilize your knowledge of the industry and product suite to consult with clients on training strategy
● Analyze client business processes, needs and strategies to document and validate required functionality and rationalize functionality with appropriate training solutions.
● Independently manage training sales and contract building process including, but not limited to, consulting calls with the clients, writing SOWs, contracts, processing paperwork through Bullhorn software
● Manage Client and internal relationships and provide an incredible customer experience across the sales/scoping life cycle
● Operate as the key liaison and proactively communicating with external and internal stakeholders providing clear, concise, and frequent updates.
● Project Manage strategic training initiatives resulting in revenue and efficiency gains

Bonus points for:
● Prior experience or understanding of the recruiting industry
● Experience in a Software such as a Service (SaaS) environment.
● Experience with scoping/sales/SOW creation
● A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline - or equivalent prior work experience.
