Position Overview:

We are looking for you, a CMO-track marketing leader, to lead our solutions marketing practice and team. This team is responsible for delivering revenue from target markets and buyers. In addition to team leadership, you will be accountable for the selection, creation and activation of strategic marketing plans to drive growth in lucrative market segments. 

 

As the nexus between our sales, customer success, marketing and product you will define audiences, shape messages, determine commercial strategy and guide the creation of integrated programs that persuade buyers to engage, buy and grow their relationship with Quick Base.

 

Success in this role will be measured through winning markets – and achieving quarterly new customer acquisition and account expansion goals. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, this is an opportunity to make a direct, global impact on revenue and to hone executive-level marketing leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead global solutions marketing team – Hire, coach and develop a team of solutions-focused marketers who are chartered with helping Quick Base win markets
  • Shape growth strategy – Identify, create and manage integrated go-to-market strategies that target specific buyer needs in high-value market segments
  •  Direct integrated campaigns – Lead annual and quarterly campaign planning for buyer-centric programs that interlock sales, marketing and success in a coordinated effort to drive growth
  • Build solutions content toolkits – Build repeatable model for delivering marketing-and-sales-focused toolkits with strategies, messages and content that enables success with target buyers across all channels
  • Define and optimize commercial models – Partner with product marketing and product organization to define pricing, packaging and offer strategies that maximize uptake of Quick Base in target markets
  • Establish competitive positioning – Direct competitive research, win/loss and other feedback mechanisms to determine and evaluate competitive positioning
  • Enable partner and channel success – Work with alliances to enable and co-market with key technology and services partners

Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of cross-functional marketing leadership experience within a high-growth software company
  • Combination of analytical, quantitative, and creative skills
  • Strong accountability for generating revenue
  • Background defining and implementing growth strategies in B2B SaaS
  • Ability to write, oversee, and edit impactful copy
  • Deep understanding of core disciplines of portfolio marketing – audience definition, value proposition messaging, commercial strategy and competitive intelligence. 
  • Knowledge of the Sirius Decisions Product Marketing Manager and campaigns practices preferred
  • BA/BS required
