How would you describe your feelings toward social media? Would you use the word “obsessed?” If so, HubSpot is looking for a Social Media Campaign Manager to align with various stakeholders across the organization to ideate & plan social media support for numerous initiatives including product launches, partner integrations, and ongoing social content release plans across a variety of social channels.

This role sits on the Brand & Buzz team and reports to the social media team senior manager. This role requires a high level of project management, communication, content ideation, and resourcefulness.

This position will collaborate with the social team including content strategists, video editors, analysts, and community managers to ensure consistent growth. Beyond the social team, this individual will be the primary point of contact and representative for the social team with many other parts of the organization including, but not limited to: product, product marketing, INBOUND, content, partnerships, partnership marketing, and academy.

Example projects include:

  • Planning the necessary resourcing to ensure high profile events (ex: INBOUND) are covered successfully on HubSpot social channels

Ready to apply? You should be growth driven, detailed oriented, and have an insatiable passion for social media. You have a knack for helping others, and a desire to drive bottom-line growth alongside our team of analysts, strategists, and video editors.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end campaign planning, oversee campaign promotion, and compile analysis of social campaign performance for relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with our product marketing, content, and creative teams to develop creative assets for campaigns.
  • Maintain our content calendar to ensure unique content is planned for each day across multiple channels.
  • Plan resourcing of video, copy, and design editors to ensure our content needs are met.
  • Participate in team ideation and planning sessions that support strategic initiatives and cultivate social engagement.
  • Stay up to date on social trends and changes for maximum effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Have a proven track record coming up with creative campaign ideas and seeing complicated projects through to the end
  • Be an agile and experimental learner, bringing new ideas to the team and moving at a fast pace to hit aggressive goals
  • Thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Be organized, detail, and process oriented to find inefficiencies and develop repeatable, efficient methods of campaign management
  • Ability to be hands on with a comfort in driving both strategy and day-to-day execution
  • Deep understanding of the various social media platforms for business use
  • Experience developing strong cross-functional relationships both internally and externally
  • Obsession with social media channels and trends using multiple platforms within a professional or business environment

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years professional experience in leading social media campaigns
  • Storytelling capabilities that effectively move specific audiences to action
  • Experience creating growth driven campaigns specially designed for increasing conversion in social media channels
  • Direct experience project managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners or vendors
