The role of the Social Media Associate Manager is to help contribute to and execute Indigo’s social strategy across all channels with the objective of growing followership and engaging with the community.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute against the social media content calendar
- Be a strong support to the social and marketing team on large social activations, brand and product campaigns, and new channel launches
- Compile, analyze and distribute monthly and quarterly reports benchmarking social goals, social monitoring, and social trends with key insights
- Schedule and QA all social content prior to publishing
- Be an internal advocate for social sharing and manage employee social media guidelines and requests
- Manage and continually improve upon our social media guidelines for content and response
- Develop social KPI’s and benchmarks
- Be a key contributor to ongoing social response process
- Capture content in live situations as well as contribute to planned social content capture

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years social media experience
- Deep knowledge of social strategy
- Experience managing social pages for a brand, institution, or program
- Clear understanding of various social channels and associated codes of conduct, style, etc.
- Proven track record of growing social channels and great content/editorial presence on social
- Experience managing a social listening/monitoring platform a plus
- Experience with both owned and paid social content preferred
- Strong copy-editing skills
- Video and photography skills preferred
- Ability to understand social and digital analytics
